Pin Yin: shao yin han hua
Symptoms:
acute, becoming chronic; fatigue, severe; aversion to cold, especially in extremities; heat effusion (fever) low or none; spontaneous sweating .
shallow respiration; dyspnea.
thirst, diminished; prefers hot drinks.
pale urine; diarrhea or loose stool; seminal emission.
Pain: soreness or ache; of lower back (lumbar, sacral); relieved by heat; relieved by pressure or touch.
Sleep: desires excessive sleep; prefers lying down facing a wall.
Activity and movement: slow; weak; .
speech: slow; quiet voice.
Affect: passive; withdrawn; poor memory.
Signs:
Tongue Body: pale
Tongue Coat: thin; white.
Pulse: slow; weak, especially R3 (R-chi).
