Symptoms:
fatigue; aversion to cold; spontaneous sweating .
shallow respiration; dyspnea.
decreased appetite; thirst, diminished; prefers hot drinks.
pale urine; diarrhea or loose stool.
Pain: relieved by heat; relieved by pressure or touch; of abdomen; of epigastrium.
Activity and movement: slow; weak.
speech: slow; quiet voice.
Affect: passive; withdrawn.
Signs:
Tongue Body: pale
Tongue Coat: thin; white.
Pulse: weak; slow.
Pattern derived from: Interior-Cold-Vacuity (Vacuity of Yang).

-Supplement Qi
--Warm Interior
-Supplement Yang; especially those herbs that enter the Spleen.

--Drain Dampness, Promote Urination; especially herbs like Poria that drain Dampness from Spleen Qi Vacuity.
-Transform Cold Phlegm; especially herbs like Rz Pinelliae that resolve Cold Phlegm that can be a secondary result of Spleen Qi Vacuity.
--Aromatic-transform Dampness; especially herbs like Fr seu S Amomi that activate the Spleen.
--Regulate Qi; especially acrid warm herbs like Pc Citri Reticulatae.
