Primary action: Drain Dampness, Promote Urination
Secondary actions: Clear Heat, Dry Dampness; Clear Summer Heat
Temperature: cold
Taste: sweet, bland
Entering Channel: St, UB

Actions:
   Promotes urination and drains Heat from the Bladder.
   Also used to relieve Damp Heat diarrhea.
   Relieves Summer Heat, with symptoms of heat effusion (fever), difficult urination, thirst and vexation.
   Clears Damp Heat from the Qi stage by draining it via the urine.

Indications: inhibited, dribbling, painful urination, vexation, thrist, eczema

Dosage: 3-6 qian.
Toxicity: Avoid use. Talcum usually contains small amounts of naturally occurring asbestos filaments. Care must be exercised in preparation to prevent these fibrous filaments from getting into the decoction. Talcum has been known to induce the growth of intestinal and vaginal granulomas.
