Actions:
   Clears Heat and stops spasms; used for convulsions and spasms associated with the high heat effusion (fever) of Warm Disease.
   Expels Wind and Moves Qi in the Channels and relieves Painful Impediments; used for stiffness of the extremities or for hemiplegia.
   Promotes urination and clears Heat from the Bladder; used for Heat Strangury.
   Stops wheezing associated with Lung Heat asthma.
