Actions:
   Calms Liver and extinguishes Interior Wind; used for Interior Liver Wind associated with either Heat or Vacuity of Blood depending upon other herbs with which it is combined; used for headache, dizziness, convulsions, spasms and cramps, and tetanus.
   Extinguishes Wind and relieves pain associated with Interior Wind Phlegm patterns; used for migraines, dizziness, hemiplegia, and numbness in the extremities.
   Expels Wind Damp Painful Impediments in the Channels, especially of the lower back and extremities.
