Actions:
   Expels Wind Dampness, releases the Exterior, activates the Channels, and relieves joint pain; used for Exterior Wind in the head, Qi and Blood Stasis associated with Wind Dampness, and Phlegm Dampness stagnated in chest and epigastrium.
   Softens and allows fish bones stuck in the throat to be dislodged.
