Universal Healthcare and the incentive to do business in the US

Toyota built a new plant in Canada instead of the US, citing both the lack of healthcare and the general low literacy in America as factors. This is just a furtherance in a general trend that will ultimately leave the American economy in ruins, while leaving the multinational corporations and their chief stockholders unscathed. It is almost ironic that the very laissez faire policies that are supposed to attract business investment such as low taxes and lax environmental laws, just lead to lousy schools, 40 million uninsured and mounting health problems. Once again, the American people have been duped into supporting politicians whose policies work against the very fabric of our society. We have seen jobs that only require limited intellectual skills shifted to the uneducated in foreign countries and to illegal aliens in this one. Now we are seeing jobs that require a brain shifted elsewhere as well. It will only end when the powerbrokers have sucked our coffers dry and hightail it off to their tropical islands to watch the rest of us rot while they wait for their raptures. Its not too late to take back what is being taken from us. Its time to turn out the republicans crooks who are looting America and replace them with just about anyone else.
